NEW DELHI, May 28, 2026: Have you ever sat down at your desk, looking over your child’s shoulder as they struggled with a math problem or a complex science concept, and felt a pang of worry? You wonder: Is the current education system enough? Are they developing the critical thinking skills they need for a world that changes every single day?

For Dheerajj Agarwaal, this wasn’t just a fleeting thought, it was the spark that ignited a revolution in how we approach learning in the age of artificial intelligence.

Today, AI Faculty is proud to announce its official expansion into institutional partnerships across the country, transforming from a personal mission into a nationwide movement to bridge the gap between traditional classroom methods and the future of AI-enabled excellence.

About AI Faculty

AI Faculty is a leading EdTech platform specializing in AI-powered academic support. By leveraging cognitive intelligence and real-time performance tracking, AI Faculty provides personalized learning paths for students and automation tools for educators. The platform is dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional learning and the AI-driven future.

Why Personalized Learning is No Longer Optional in 2026

In 2026, the “one-size-fits-all” approach to education feels like a relic of the past. We live in an era of hyper-personalization, your music, your news, and even your health metrics are tailored specifically to you. Why should your child’s education be any different?

Dheerajj Agarwaal realized that his child didn’t just need more information; they needed smarter support. He wanted a system that could identify a learning gap before it became a failing grade. This personal challenge led to the birth of AI Faculty, a platform designed to provide 24/7, concept-level support that adapts in real-time.

“AI Faculty was born from a very personal place,” says Dheerajj Agarwaal, Founder of AI Faculty. “As a parent, I wanted my child to have access to better learning support, personalized guidance, and future-ready skills. We realized millions of parents and institutes were facing the same challenge, and that became our mission.”

How AI Faculty Bridges the Gap Between Tradition and Technology?

What makes AI Faculty different? It’s not just about “using AI”; it’s about using AI to make human teaching more effective and student learning more intuitive. Here is how the platform is reshaping the academic landscape:

1. Real-Time Performance Intelligence

Imagine having a digital speedometer for your child’s brain. Our platform tracks accuracy, speed, and concept mastery in real-time. It doesn’t just tell you what they got wrong, but why they got it wrong.

2. Targeted Support for Every Concept

Institutions often struggle to give individual attention to every student in a class of forty. AI Faculty solves this by pinpointing specific struggles. If a student is stuck on “Quadratic Equations,” the AI provides a personalized study path that addresses that specific gap, rather than forcing them to repeat the entire chapter.

3. Empowering Educators, Not Replacing Them

For faculty, the platform is a game-changer. It automates tedious evaluations and provides instant insights through personalized dashboards. This allows teachers to move away from repetitive doubt-solving and focus on what they do best: mentoring and inspiring students.

What Should You Actually Choose?

If you are an administrator or a parent, you might be at a crossroads. Should you stick with traditional methods that have worked for decades, or leap into the AI-driven future?

The answer is clear: the future belongs to those who integrate the best of both worlds. AI Faculty doesn’t replace the teacher; it gives them “superpowers” to handle every student’s unique needs simultaneously.

From a Personal Mission to Institutional Impact

What started as a solution for one child soon resonated with educators and institutions across the country. Coaching centers and schools began adopting AI Faculty to provide the kind of high-touch, personalized experiences that were previously impossible at scale.

Institutes are now using the platform to:

  • Monitor progress intelligently: Catching at-risk students weeks before exams.
  • Automate academic support: Ensuring no student is left behind because they were “too shy” to ask a question in class.
  • Boost student outcomes: Helping students solve faster and answer smarter through timed practice and cognitive intelligence engines.

The Future of AI-Enabled Learning

As we move further into 2026, the mission of AI Faculty remains unwavering: to make personalized, intelligent, and accessible learning available to every child. Whether it’s through multilingual voice agents or real-time performance tracking, the goal is to ensure every student is not just exam-ready, but future-ready.

Are you ready to see how AI can transform your institution or your child’s academic journey? The revolution isn’t coming, it’s already here.

New AI-powered platform analyses thousands of cutoff records across 500+ medical colleges to help students navigate India’s most complex counselling process

Mumbai, 17 April 2026: On May 3, around 25 lakh students are expected to take NEET UG 2026, India’s largest entrance exam. But passing the exam is only half the battle. After the results, every student faces a tougher challenge: finding and securing a medical seat.

To do that, they must go through a complex counselling process that stretches from June to October. The process runs across two parallel systems: state-level counselling conducted by each state, and central counselling for the All India Quota managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Each system spans three to five rounds of counselling, producing allotment lists that run to hundreds of dense PDF pages. Every state has scores of category codes for reservations. Students applying under both state and central counselling are overwhelmed trying to process a humungous amount of data and juggle multiple deadlines.

“After months, often years, of exam preparation, students and families find themselves lost in the counselling process with no clear direction,” said Ashok Hegde, founder of NEET2Seat, a startup that is using official data and AI to make it easier for students to navigate this complex process. “A student who scores 450 or 550 marks has no easy way to know which colleges are within grasp, which college to pick for the preference list, or whether waiting for a later round is worth the risk. The data is all there in government PDFs, but students struggle to make sense of it on their own.”

The cutoffs pendulum

NEET2Seat analysed three years of allotment records across 500+ medical colleges. The finding: at nearly one in four All India Quota colleges, cutoff ranks shift by more than 25% from one year to the next. Students who rely on last year’s cutoffs are basing decisions on data that may not hold true for the current year.

Coaching centres and private counsellors charge ₹15,000 to ₹1,00,000 for “seat guidance” packages, often working off the same publicly available PDFs, compiled manually.

NEET2Seat (neet2seat.com) is a freemium AI-powered alternative. The platform uses AI to analyse historical allotment patterns across 500+ medical colleges and generate personalised college predictions, category-wise guidance, and round-by-round counselling strategy. It currently covers Maharashtra, Karnataka, and the All India Quota, with more states to follow.

What students and parents get

  • AI-powered Rank Predictor — convert marks to an expected rank using historical marks-vs-rank curves and 2026 test difficulty level rated by AI
  • College Predictor — enter a NEET score and category to see realistic college options with historical cutoff ranges
  • College Explorer — browse and compare 500+ medical colleges with detailed profiles, infrastructure data, and historical cutoff trends
  • AI-powered Choice Filler — build and reorder a choice list for counselling preference submissions
  • AI-powered Round Counsellor — get round-by-round advice (freeze, float or slide) based on current allotment status
  • Counselling guides — state-specific and category-wise guidance to help students from open and reserved categories understand their options and make informed choices

“Every student who clears NEET deserves a fair shot at the right college, not just those whose families can afford a counsellor,” Mr Hegde said. “The allotment data is public. We just made it usable.”

Bengaluru, India – 20-08-2025: In a country where over 300 million students and millions of job seekers face a challenging and competitive career journey, Svadharma has launched a one-stop digital platform to help people prepare, grow, and succeed – from school to senior corporate roles.

Combining mock testing for all levels, psychometric assessment, career counselling, recruitment services, and digital marketing expertise, Svadharma aims to redefine how India approaches education-to-employment.

The Challenge: A Broken Career Pipeline

India produces more graduates than any other country, yet a large percentage remain unemployed or underemployed. The reasons?

Students often choose the wrong career path due to lack of guidance.

Exam preparation is fragmented and stressful.

Recruiters struggle to find candidates with the right fit.

Institutions lack data-driven insights into student strengths.

“We saw a massive gap between talent and opportunity,” says Milind Aihole, Co-Founder of Svadharma and a seasoned recruitment leader with over two decades of experience in global talent acquisition. “Students are testing in isolation, professionals are applying blindly, and recruiters are hiring without true psychometric insights. We decided to fix all of it, in one place.”

The Svadharma Solution

The platform is India’s first to blend academic preparation tools with professional growth enablers.

  • Mock Testing for Every Level – From Grade 1 to PhD, Svadharma offers smart, adaptive mock tests for school exams, competitive entrances, government jobs, and professional certifications, using AI analytics to pinpoint weaknesses.
  • Psychometric Assessments – Scientifically designed tests reveal strengths, personality traits, and ideal career paths.
  • Career Counselling & Guidance – Expert counsellors provide personalised roadmaps, including 1:1 mentorship sessions and actionable growth plans.
  • Recruitment Services – For employers, Svadharma enables precision hiring using psychometric data and skills testing. Job seekers get a profile boost with verified results and endorsements.
  • Digital Marketing Services – Institutions and businesses can use Svadharma’s marketing team to amplify brand reach and attract the right audience.

Why Svadharma Stands Out

  • All-in-One Approach – No other Indian platform combines these services under one roof.
  • AI & Data-Driven Insights – Deep analytics make preparation and hiring smarter.
  • For Students and Professionals – Grows with you from school to leadership roles.
  • Industry Expertise – Led by seasoned professionals in recruitment, HR, and digital growth.

India’s Education & Employment Future

The timing couldn’t be better. As National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 promotes holistic, skill-based learning, Svadharma aligns perfectly with its vision.

With the rise of remote work and global hiring, Indian talent is competing worldwide. “Our mission is to give every learner and job seeker the tools to win, not just participate,” says Milind Aihole. “This isn’t just another ed-tech or HR-tech platform; this is India’s career compass.”

Impact Potential

  • Students gain clarity on careers, ace exams, and build confidence.
  • Parents get scientific insights into their child’s abilities.
  • Institutions improve student outcomes and placement rates.
  • Employers get better hiring matches, saving time and reducing attrition.
  • Businesses leverage proven digital marketing to grow faster.

Early Adopters Speak

One final-year engineering student shared:

“I used to jump between multiple apps for test prep, aptitude tests, and job hunting. Svadharma brought it all together. After my psychometric test, I realised I was chasing the wrong job profile. Today, I’m preparing for a role I’m truly suited for – and acing the mock tests.”
