The highlight of the evening was the election of the new Governing Body for the term 2025–2026, held in the presence of esteemed members of the publishing fraternity.

The newly elected Governing Body is as follows:

Immediate Past President: Shri Naveen Gupta

President: Shri Ramesh Mittal

Vice President: Shri Pranav Gupta

Secretary: Ms. Pushpita Ghosh

Joint Secretary: Shri Neeraj Govil

The new team embodies the Federation’s commitment to furthering the cause of Indian publishing, safeguarding the interests of publishers, and promoting books and reading culture at national and international levels. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ramesh Mittal, newly elected President of FIP, expressed his gratitude to the members for their confidence and support.
